This lyric means that if you work hard enough and you dedicate enough time to doing something you love, you can make a life out of it and continue to do so for a long time as long as you are willing to make sacrifices along the way. Another lyric from the song is "I've been to hell and back with no promise of return" This made me feel like that I should take more risks in life and continue to pursue my passion for music. This is because you never know what life may bring unless you take the first step and experience it for yourself. You may have to make sacrifices but in the end the experience you could gain is far more valuable than what what you would lose. Also you can go through a lot in life without any expectation that you will get what you want. But as long as you are determined you will make it through the hardships you face.
This song is very relevant to the world at the moment because a lot of people are so afraid of taking risks because they don't know what will come of it but I think that's the beauty of it. Also people do not stand up for what they believe in and/or are passionate about which means that they end up either being walked all over because they don't speak up or just generally unhappy because they are not brave enough to take the first small step in fighting for what they believe in. I also think that the line "Forget me not 'cause I've not forgotten what this means" has a very good meaning. This lyric is speaking about how people can dismiss you and your dreams and not accept you for who you are and that no matter what you shouldn't let those peoples opinions affect the way you are because you are who you are and no one can do anything to change that.
